This property has recently changed owners. At this time, they no longer offer coffee makers in the rooms. They also don't provide a continental breakfast. It is now a grab and go consisting of bagels and two choices of cereal. The Brickhouse restaurant is closed as well. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.

False advertisement! When we booked it said the property had a restaurant/lounge on site, pool and hot breakfast. When we arrived to check in we were told it was under “ new ownership” and that the pool was closed along with the restaurant/lounge. We were told that breakfast would be a “cold” breakfast of just muffins. Rooms were very dirty and smelled. The room had a very dirty dehumidifier in it that was not running. We actually had to go get dinner since the restaurant was closed and when we returned we decided not to stay at this hotel. We were told that since we checked in 3 hours earlier they would not refund any of our money.

Service was friendly, but options that are advertised on the hotels website and other places imply more options than they currently offer. Namely the restaurant and bar, as well as the offering of a hot breakfast. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Closest to the EIU campus for State meets. No frills budget motel. Recently renovated, so rooms are clean. Restaurant and conference center were still under renovation. Staff was friendly.

It’s okay. I’ve stayed in the past they had a hot breakfast. Not this time only bagels and cereal. Same as before room is ok as far as clean except behind furniture super dirty and dusty. Next time I’ll try a different hotel. Ok stay if you don’t care about breakfast and like a simple room.

I will never stay here again. The restaurant and bar were closed, room was dirty and smelled like mold, leaky toilet, TV had no signal the whole night, and there was dust everywhere! Yuck! Never again…
