Comfy new beds, furniture and linens. Full finished basement. Located near several lakeside restaurants and only 15 min from Downtown Effingham! Dock is available to park your boat.

Clean Cozy Home

We enjoyed our stay here. It has been recently remodeled and everything was clean and fresh. There were lots of thoughtful details. I've never slept so well on a bed away from home. The owners obviously take pride in their property. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Host
