The on-demand ski shuttle came right to the end of the driveway for pickup and drop off. Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again on our next trip. 2023 Annual High School Ski Trip

We could not have been more satisfied and happy about the accommodations. 5 couples in 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms worked out perfectly. The kitchen was perfect for the gourmet meals we cooked up and the adjoining family room was perfect for cocktails or game night. We went to the hot tub at Alpine Club but they closed at 6:00 PM which was to early for us. We wished they had a hot tub at the house for easier usage.

Great place to stay for a family.

In town for a family wedding; adults only. The house had more adequate accommodations for 7 adults and 5 children. Kitchen had a full complement of appliances and utensils. The TV and sound system was outstanding. The main recreation room included games, puzzles and cards. Pool table downstairs. Bicycles in the garage. Tennis other amenities including golf available at the Country Club of the Rockies which was walkable from the house. Only tennis facilities were used and the courts were outstanding.

Plenty of room for kids to whoop it up in basement w/TV & pool table - Adults have own living room upstairs and TV area. Kitchen fully stocked w/pots, pans, utensils (pet peeve of mine w/rentals). Ski shuttle is quick to arrive for pick up and runs regularly back to property. Arrowhead location is less crowded than rest of Beaver Creek for skiing, but easy ski over to experience rest of mountain. Would def rent again.

Nice Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group consists 13 people from of 2 families. We have skied together during the Christmas to New Year week since 2004. We found the accommodations to be clean; and with one exception, well maintained. The refrigerator went out on our first day, but Brian had it replaced on New Years Eve. Well done Brian! Bedrooms are nice and big. Plenty of bathrooms and hot water never ran out. HVAC worked well, and temps were easy to maintain. I assume the place is well insulated. The home has an generally open floor plan between kitchen and living area. Furniture in the living area is ok, but the one thing I would do: replace the “L” shaped sofa and 2 chairs with more comfortable larger (high-back) seating fit for full size adults. We spend a lot of time in the central area in the evenings playing games and watching ballgames. The home has a formal living area and a study that we did note use; however, that would be great for large groups who want to break out in different areas. The downstairs billiard room provided a nice place for our “20-something-year-olds” to go. The garage is just large enough for a standard SUV or 2 small cars. It is heated, which made it nice when “booting up” in the mornings, and taking boots off in the evenings. Location within Arrowhead Community is a plus but the Arrowhead slopes were closed for half of our visit despite plenty of snow (Covid seemed to be the universal excuse for everything in Colorado) so that was a disappointment. All in all, I give the place an A-/B+ with a strong word of encouragement for replacing the living area seating! That move would result in a solid A grade.

Fantastic

Communication and the house were both great. A hot tub at the house would definitely set it over the top! But otherwise a beautiful and roomy house in a great location!

4th of July

Great property for our multiple family crew. Each bedroom has its own en suite bath, which makes everyone happy. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived: the pictures don’t do this place justice. Location is centrally located to activities in Vail Valley. The only hiccup was that the supplies in the kitchen were not stocked: garbage bags, paper towels, hand/dish towels. This is more of a reflection on cleaning crew than the house itself. Needless to say, with a group of 15, we used the kitchen constantly. Because of the holiday weekend, management didn’t deliver garbage bags for more than 24 hours after our call. Not a deal breaker, but having the right supplies helps us as guests properly care for someone else’s home. All said, it was a great home for our group to gather in: would definitely stay here again.

Cozy House in Arrowhead

We rented the property for our annual ski week with our young kids and it was perfect! The kids loved having their own space downstairs with a big TV and couch and 6 beds in the bunk room. The multiple common areas were great for us to spread out and the office was a huge perk for those of us that had to work during the trip. The bedroom situation is perfect for 4 families with king beds and private bathrooms. It was easy to get to both Vail and Beaver Creek for skiing. Thanks for a great stay!
