朝焼けの古城

小さい子供〜中学生の子連れ家族５人の旅行で利用しました。 サイト上の地図の表示よりもLothian roadに近いところです。Waverley駅から行くときは、New town 側から回ると、平坦な道で楽です。(逆に、old town側から行くとアップダウンがきついです。）空港バスのバス停からもすぐでした。 建物そのものはかなり古いのでしょうが、きれいに改築されていて、寝室３つにバスが３つ、広くて快適です。一部排水溝が流れにくかったりしましたが、特に使用上困るようなことはありませんでした。 部屋から見えるエディンバラ城、特に朝焼けをバックにシルエットが見えたのが最高でした。 洗濯機があって、眺めが良くて、駅や観光スポットから遠くない、できれば雰囲気のある建物で、というアパートを探していたので、まさに望み通りでした。 チェックイン２時間前に電話連絡が必要です。（レセプションがないので、担当の人がアパートで待っていてくれます）
