Excellent hotel with fantastic staff

This is my second visit to an Apex hotel in Edinburgh; the first one was in the Grassmarket. The service was exceptional and the hotel itself was of a very high standard. I was also delighted to receive an upgrade and free drinks. I was even more delighted to find a small tube of handcream and another of lip balm in my room. Two things that I had forgotten and needed. If I had one tiny complaint, it would be that the queue at reception was very long during check-in and check-out.

Very clean, comfortable and great staff. Also great location. Only area for improvement in my opinion relates to entertainment, the tv wasnt smart, didnt have a working menu or accessible screensharing

From the moment we walked in we were treated with big smiles and helpful staff. Our room was one of the cleanest I've ever had and the housekeeping staff were also friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for stepping out into Edinburgh. Close to shopping, walking to the castle and other historic sites. The transportation is outside the door and more than one restaurant nearby if needed.

It's convenient and easy for travelling to this hotel from my house. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and helpful. The hotel room is okay but still hear noice from the hall probably need to put something against the door to avoid noise. Spa, bar and restaurant has been refurbished in high standards. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.
