Checkin said 3pm, when we got there our room wasn’t ready. Staff told us come back in 45min max and your room will be ready, when we returned it still wasn’t ready. Once we got into the room the sinks were still dirty, the kitchenette sink was plugged and the toilet handle would stick every time you used it. We did inform staff-they offered to wipe out the sinks but at this point I just wanted in my room and to relax after a long day of travel. I cleaned it myself. It was quiet though.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was being repaired. They did call a head of our stay to let us know about the pool and give us a chance to change hotels. I felt that was very considerate.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool is heated but not warm at all, brrr. If they had a hot tub it would have been great. Fun bars but too far away as well!

Weekend in Chippewa Falls

Great property and a great location to the surrounding area. Our room was very clean, clean to the point it felt clean when you walked in (you know the feeling). Front desk staff were super friendly as well!
