This is my 3rd trip to this hotel with more to come. It is my go to place when I need to feel at home. Very quiet and peaceful. The view from either side is just amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is very professional and polite.

Excellent Service

Outstanding service, very clean (daily cleaning service), excellent breakfasts and a great price. The only downside is there is very little within walking distance.

Water shut off for hours and no use of bathroom

Very disappointed to find out that the water and the entire hotel, including toilets were going to be shut off between 1 AM and 5 AM. Nobody called texted or sent an email about this. The only way I found out that the water was being shut off, was by a note taped to the inside of the elevator that I happen to see by chance. This was after I checked in and the front desk did not tell me.We could have absolutely been alerted of this before we showed up and would have stayed at a different hotel, knowing that the water was shut off with no use of the toilets either. I will be calling the hotel to see about a refund due to this inconvenience. We checked in, got ready and went out to a wedding that we weren’t gonna return back until very late. We were unable to use the toilet or shower after a long night out at a wedding.

I called the hotel in the afternoon to advise I’d be arriving very late. No problem, I was told. They’d let the front desk know. Well, 3am I get a call that they’ve cancelled my reservation, before I could reply that I was 15 minutes away. Thankfully they didn’t give away my room. They reinstated the reservation. Room was slightly above my expectations. Bed was comfortable. The noise, however, from the NJ Turnpike was incessant. Good thing I was exhausted and could sleep through it, because normally I would not have found that possible.

Average best western.

It’s an average Beet Western. The rooms are relatively clean and comfortable. The outside looks pretty run down. But for the price, it was fine.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and the front desk employees were extremely nice and helpful with any questions. The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. The only problem with this for me would have been the location, as it became challenging to leave and re-enter the hotel, but that is the hotel's fault at all. Overall, a great hotel to stay at, with a good complimentary breakfast in the morning!
