We're very happy to have you here and hope you enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay surrounded by maple forest and nature. This is a great place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy the quiet beauty of Haliburton cottage country.
Inside the chalet, you'll find a warm and comfortable space designed for easy living-a cozy wood stove for cooler evenings, a spacious kitchen for cooking and gathering, and bright, open areas to relax with family or friends. Outside, you can enjoy the private deck, BBQ, and fire pit under the stars, all surrounded by calm forest.
When you're ready to explore, you're in a great location for local activities. Nearby you'll find lakes for swimming, canoeing, and kayaking, as well as hiking trails through beautiful provincial forest. The Haliburton area is also know for its beaches, small-town markets, golf courses, and scenic drives. A highlight nearby is the Haliburton Forest and Wolf Centre, which is a popular destination for waking trails and wildlife experiences.

We really enjoyed our two-day stay. The place was exactly as advertised: clean, well-equipped, and really quiet. Perfectly located for us to attend a family wedding, and Ron was a very friendly and responsive host.
