Lakeview Motel met all my expectations. It was very clean and I am a bit of a clean freak, beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The lady who checked us was very nice and gave us all sorts of information. Being able to park out front of our room was very convenient and the little balcony was great for hunny to pop out for a smoke. Close to restaurants and Tim Hortons is just a hop skip and jump down the road. If needed you can buy beer and wine from the office. The only thing I would take stars off for, was it an option, would be the price. Although Lakeview Motel is excellent the only problem was I thought it was a little pricey. Maybe that’s just me, but if I hadn’t wanted to be right around the corner from what we came up to do, I could have stayed in a beautiful B&B in Minden for less and had a breakfast included in the price. But Lakeview Motel is a good, clean and comfortable place to stay and if I had to stay in Haliburton again I would definitely stay there.

Well we came into Halliburton just at dark and found that there was only one motel room available and boy did we luck out..The wonderful owner made us right at home--her property was spotless and well equipped. She also pointed out things to do in town that were special which we did take advantage of. Thank goodness for her.

Very accommodating in have afternoon guests by the pool..which was clean - warm..Rooms clean & despite only 2 night stay, housekeeping came with fresh towels came with fresh towels & took out garbage daily. Harsha greeted us & was very friendly & welcoming & happy to accommodate any requests. Lots of Upgrades on premimus which is well kept. Would definitely go back

HAD STSYED HERE MANY TIMES several years ago and was happy to see new owners had maintained the same ambience Beds comfortable, fresh towels every day A toaster would have been useful bug realize that could be a fire risk. Assistance with my luggage was provided. Would go there again
