This tourist residence, comprising around fifty flats on two floors, boasts privileged access to the lake thanks to its private beach. You'll also find two renowned restaurants: Le Wakpala (open in summer) and Le BEC (open all year round). Water sports enthusiasts will be delighted: paddle, kayak, wakeboard and water skiing are all available on site.
Located on the garden level, the flat enjoys an exceptional location, just 40 metres from the lake, with a magnificent view of the mountains. Facing east, its private garden lights up in the morning, making it ideal for enjoying sunny breakfasts on the terrace.
The flat comprises
- Mountain-style living room with fully-equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, Senseo machine, utensils and crockery. Dining area for 4 people. - Lounge with sofa bed, which can be used as a bed for a 3ᵉ person.
Sleeping area: - Bedroom: double bed (160x200 cm) with storage cupboards. - Bathroom: bath with glass shower screen, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. - Separate WC.
Outside: - Garden with dining table, deckchairs and garden furniture.

Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). Transport : - The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (about 15 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes) : Eglise" bus stop - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you are coming by car, a private car park reserved for residents is available. However, spaces are not allocated.
Other remarks : - All accommodation is non-smoking - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40.
