"I worked on the road and stayed in hotels for over 34 years. Many hotels are good and staff is friendly, but I experienced something at your location I had never seen. I asked the front desk lady about a place to eat, she walked me out front and pointed and explained options, then walked me out the rear door and over through the backside hotel to their front entrance and pointed to street vendors and eateries over on that side. She truly went above and beyond. Many may tell you some places or give directions, but actually walking out and showing me my options was definitely not the easy, lazy service that most would afford their guests. She knocked it out the park!"
