Idéal pr un week end
Le logement est trÚs bien situé. La communication avec la propriétaire bonne.
Le point négatif que nous avons rencontré est le ménage de l appartement. Les draps et serviettes ne sentaient pas le propre (humidité) et la qualité des serviettes laisse à désirer.
Sinon l appartement est parfait pour une séjour de courte durée.

Le temps dâune escapade
Nous sommes restĂ©s quâune nuit, partis un peu sur un coup de tĂȘte. La proprio est rĂ©active et rĂ©pond vite aux questions. La communication a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs fluide et claire. Nous avons trouvĂ© lâappartement trĂšs bien situĂ© (tout est Ă portĂ©e de pieds), dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t. Lâimmeuble est rigolo avec les diffĂ©rents escaliers et les canapĂ©s au rdc. La montĂ©e des 3 Ă©tages est un peu physique, il faut voyager lĂ©ger compte tenu des escaliers en colimaçon et les autres assez Ă©troits. Mais les peintures et siĂšges Ă chq Ă©tage aident Ă la montĂ©e. Notre seul bĂ©mol câest lâinsonorisation. Qd les voisins de pallier rentrent on a lâimpression que câest chez nous. Qd on dort ça fait un drĂŽle dâeffets. AprĂšs on est en centre ville mais je ne mâattendais pas Ă entendre aussi distinctement les bruits (des gens qui discutent,des camions poubelles, balayeuses et autres engins charmants). Il y a du double vitrage mais cela ne suffit pas malheureusement et la nuit, surtout de mon enfant, a Ă©tĂ© hachĂ©e. Pour une escapade câest trĂšs bien, le lendemain un peu cernĂ© mais vraiment lâappartement est bien, câest dommage
