Overall, very comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel is spread on 9, 10 and 11th floors on Orange City Mall. Entrance to the lobby is on the rear side. Very helpful staff. But property is in a congested alley. Rooms are small and very basic. Don't book on Expedia, they are charging a huge commission. Book with the hotel directly instead for good deals.
