The linens appear worn, and there was noticeable hair on the pillows and towels, which was disappointing. The HVAC system was a bit noisy, but I still managed to get a good night’s sleep. There were some issues with the key card not working consistently, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the parking and airport shuttle were very convenient, and for that reason alone I would recommend the place. Overall, the property could benefit from some improvements.

Room was freezing cold. -23 outside and the heater was not on when we arrived. It took 3-4 hours before it got warm enough. I called the front desk after an hour of the heat being turned on and I was told to give it more time.

Everything was in good condition. The bathroom floor times seemed as if they had been damaged and looked like rust stains on the tub. There was someone else hair on my wash cloth (but it was just me so I used the other one, but...). The TV remote did not work. However, I was in and out, just coming t town for an event, so it did provide a warm comfortable bed to sleep in before getting back on the road.

Plane landed at 2am, hotel was supposed to have 24 hour shuttle. Called hotel for an hour and 20 minutes (we have all phone records) and hotel would not pick up. We were stranded at airport due to no uber drivers that late. Had to call a private driver to come get us. Hotel would not refund us. Horrible, horrible customer services
