Hello - hotels.com - maybe you can warn people about that and save them the hassle of figuring that out while their bladder is bursting after a long drive."

"The property is beautiful. Next to the Plaza España and close to the train station. The room was quiet and spacious. An excellent Italian restaurant next door and walking distance to all the major Roman sites. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was all that I hoped for."

Despite not staying, that hotel still required payment, even though I was sick with walking pneumonia and needed a warm room to avoid becoming more ill."
