The house was lovely. The neighborhood is HORRIBLE! We had issues with the security guards on day one. They came and banged on our door at 7am the first morning and measured where our cars were parked IN THE DRIVEWAY and told us we needed to move the cars. Not everyone was awake yet so when we woke up and went to move the cars at 11:00am there was a ticket on 2 of them for a 100 fine each. Also got a 100 fine for a bathing suite top on the railing that afternoon. We were not loud, we were respectful of our neighbors as well as the beautiful home we were staying in. In addition, we paid a lot of money to stay in this beautiful home. I called the office about this and they were going to call me back. They did not. I called again before we left and they were kind and said they would remove the fees. Then got home and got a text about how we would like to pay for the fines. I called the office again and didn't get anyone. I called the cell number to another person from the office and she was incredibly rude and ended up hanging up on me. I will NEVER stay at any home in this area again. Not worth being stressed the entire time you are there because the neighborhood management is so rude. It's unfortunate because the house really is nice and comfortable for a group.
