Beach access is great! Walk through the back door, off the deck, and you are on the beach! The AC was out on the bottom floor. The property manager gave us warning and let us know the maintenance people were going to be there. We would definitely stay again.

VRBO was steps from the beautiful white sand, also the beach service was a great perk, 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs included in the stay. There are no outlets in the master bath, so that is a little strange, especially if you want to blow dry hair, but there are 2 more bathrooms and a half bath to pick from if needed. House was well appointed, had everything we would need for a 3 night stay. We are talking about renting this VRBO again next year. Enjoy!

Location was perfect! Property was very nice! HOWEVER stove didn’t work but was eventually fixed after a day. Downstairs a/c was never fixed. Wasn’t a terrible issue since weather was nice and cool but I wouldn’t have wanted to be there in summer

Good location! We had a great stay ! We enjoyed the beach front view !! The house was comfortable! The only thing was The tub upstairs in the guest room was clogged and we couldn’t use it . I think it can be fixed.

Perfect accommodations for family!

Beachy Keen was perfect for our family getaway /wedding ceremony. It accommodated us perfectly so we were worry free for our wedding day. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience!

This property has a million dollar view of the beach! It is so comfortable and the management is very responsive if you have a question. We will definitely stay here again.

Fall Break

Location was perfect! The place had everything we needed to cook big meals, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Unit was clean and the check in/out process was perfect. Plan on staying here again next year.

Thanksgiving at Destin

The unit was very nice and spacious and was in a great location close to everything. My only disappointment was that there were no beach chairs but the views for the three decks were great.

Great location

The townhouse was nice and the location was great. We rented a golf cart and never had to drive our car the whole time we were there. Private Beach was great - we did have to chase off many people that were in our spot and/or using our rented chairs.

Spectacular views!

Loved being beachfront! Large gathering area and large decks were a huge plus. Beds were very comfortable! Terrific location, close to everything Destin. Unit could use a little updating and a few more coffee mugs but that didn’t take away from our enjoyment. Great place for our family vacation!

Wonderful Experience, Fabulous Condo

We rented this condo last minute due to problems with a different condo. The condo itself is amazing, so close to the beach! The management company was great to work with also. Will definitely stay here again.

A Beachy Keen week

The house was perfect for our family. Our daughter and her family loved the lower level with 4 children. The bunk room was perfect for their 3 boys. The access to the beach, and privacy was awesome. We loved our week and look forward to returning!!
