Mid-Century Desert Escape

Fully remodeled house with a taste of mid-century. What a transformation this have been. Stay in this beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom home with an above ground pool to cool down from summer heat.

The space
Master bedroom has one cal king bed and an additional twin size bed. The second bedroom has one full size bed.

Pool is an above ground pool recommended for summer use. It is not heated.

No lifeguard on duty so please never leave children unattended at pool area.

Location of the home is on the wind pass. That means this area can experience higher winds speeds. Always make sure pool umbrella is closed when windy or not in use. Keep windows and doors closed. Dust and critters are inevitable here in the desert. Especially our neighborhood where we are surrounded by desert lots.

Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. We are working on implementation. This device will read the noise volume in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations.

Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.
