Inside the home was great for our four cousin get together! Outside could use a little TLC, but it didn't; impact our stay.

Enjoyed our stay!

Affordable and spacious stay for our family of 4 and my 1 year old grandson. Updated interior, beds were all comfortable, clean, close to walking trail for my daily morning walk, friendly neighbors. Having two bathrooms is always a plus! Outdoor space was nice, just could have used some mowing prior to arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

The weather did not cooperate and came fast with snow. As soon as it was safe the host had people out to clean up the snow and make sure all the sidewalks were clear. Very much appreciated.

Great place

The house is nice. Well decorated and very welcoming. The things that held back from a five star is: One room in basement has no heat. And there were not enough extra blankets.

Great location

Stayed at this location for an Iowa golf trip in early April with 3 friends. Location was clean and well kept. Beds were all comfortable and great that everyone had their own space. Used the outdoor grill one night for steak, did not use the outdoor sitting space but looked very inviting. Was centrally located to easily get to all of the golf courses we played in the Des Moines area. The owner was very responsive before, during and after the stay.

3 night stay

Everyone enjoyed the house, it was clean and felt safe. The only issues were clothes still in the dryer and the wrong coffee filters. I purchased the correct filters and they should last a long time. I would rent this house again.

Altoona

Overall, really good. Great communication with owner. Inside was decorated nicely and was clean. Patio area was very nice. They may want to hire a better groundskeeper though. Weeds gave bad impression of outside. Overall it worked nicely for us.
