You get what you pay for.

I did not realise you have to pay to park at this hotel, the rooms heating did not work (a cold night) the window even though it was closed let a lot of noise & wind through it. The carpet was horrible cover in stains. Pillows were too hard for me so ended up with a stiff neck (I only used 1) Shower was okay Great breakfast staff were fine but the hotel needs to be refurbished (at least new carpets)

Recommendation.

Apart from reception failing to find my booking when we arrived and this taking 15 minutes to sort out, everything was great and I’d recommend the hotel.
