Lea County Inn
"We have traveled quite a bit recently, and were so very pleased with the Lea County Inn. The excellent reviews and the affordable price were why we booked a room at this property, but the personal experience at this hotel is why we will be back. The property is well maintained on the outside, and the inside matched what was presented on the outside. The property was VERY clean. The bed was comfortable, with a thick mattress that wasn't saggy and linens that were crisp and clean. The bathroom was extremely clean and was well stocked. The air conditioner was nice and cold, and was so pleasant after the 100-degree heat outside at our son's sporting event. The breakfast selections were well stocked and were better quality offerings than most breakfast buffets in this price range. The two employees we encountered were sincerely friendly and pleasant to work with. I noticed a plaque on the wall at check-in that was given to the Lea County Inn, and it was a "key to the city" of Hobbs. Obviously, this hotel is well-respected in the community, and the owner has clearly worked hard to earn and keep the community's respect. We now know which property to choose when we visit Hobbs in the future! Thank you, Lea County Inn, for a very comfortable stay!"
