This beautiful space is exactly as pictured and includes a lovely garden and patio sitting area. We attended a family wedding and were in and out many times. The location is good but trying to navigate in Ladner is difficult!!!! Thank you for having us and making a family visit possible.

My husband and I rented the space along with my parents in law. The space had everything we needed, a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dinning space and a cozy living room. The space was very clean, quiet, and peacful. The backyard is beautiful. Parking and entry to the suite was easy. The host was very nice to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Check-in was easy/smooth. Janice provided detailed instructions/pictures of where to park and access the home. The kitchen had everything needed but was a bit lacking in food storage for leftovers (e.g. if you made a meal, there were no covers for plates or bowls or wrapping of any sort).The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets in case it got cold. The home in general was tidy, but there were remnants from the previous stay (hair on the ground/fridge/countertop), so perhaps a once over after cleaning would be ideal. Janice was kind and helpful; overall stay was wonderful.

Comfy and Well-Stocked

I would recommend this stay because it was great having 3 beds, two of which were bedrooms. My friend who slept on the cot/pull out bed said it was very firm, which was fine for her because she prefers a harder mattress. The other beds were comfy and had lots of extra room, and the place looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was cute with coffee, tea, and handy appliances. We didn't use the kitchen except for cups, but someone staying for longer could use it to cook. I took off one star, though, because there were kind of a lot of spiders. That makes sense because it is a basement place, but I think some traps or maybe bug spray would be good to add because there were a couple that weren't so tiny, but it probably wouldn't bother someone who's not afraid of spiders. It was a really nice place overall, and perfect for my 21st birthday trip. We were mostly in Vancouver for the trip, which was about a 40min drive. The owner lives upstairs, but the sound didn't travel much so we hardly noticed her. Would definitely book again if I visit BC.
