Great service and excellent rooms. The owners are very nice and friendly. One night two guests arrived at their room around 8:00 PM and stayed outside their room dirking and playing music, within 5 minutes the owner went and talked to them and put a stop. No issues after that.

Was not clean. Mildew in shower, food splatter in microwave. Carpet seemed dirty. Only three pillows on king bed. AC unit roared.

Great Pit Stop to Big Bend

This is a cool, independently-owned property with character. I stayed for one night on the way to Big Bend, and it was perfect for that. The room is basic and includes a mini-fridge. The breakfast was simple (oatmeal, yogurt cups, and bananas with coffee). The real treat though is a conversation with the owners (Ravi and his wife). They chatted with me over breakfast and really made the stay memorable.

I love Del Rio!

Stay was excellent. Location was a quarter mile from several food options including a steakhouse. I went for the steak. The only complaint was the hairdryer was not operative and no one answered door at office for replacement dryer.

Diamond in the rough

Outstanding location and curb appeal. Interiors need to have some work as the rooms are stale, lack amenities, and lack basic room features. Feature needed, in-room coffee machine, ironing board, improved soap and towel quality. Different floors, laminate vs. old carpet, improved bath towels, soap, and bed linens quality should be sufficient to improve the quality of the stay and upgrade the experience.
