Disliked: Cleanliness
The house was not ready when I arrived. I went up to the door and a man came out was quite shocking and scary. The gentleman said the house was not ready I asked to speak to the owner called the owner and the owner drove over from a house adjacent to this house. He was equally scary wanted to unpack my car and said the house would be ready in an hour but no one called me I had drove hours from Illinois to be there. I had my car packed and had to go pick up my daughter and my grandchildren who live locally. They called me and said the house was ready but they were going to stay In the fifth wheel that resided on the property but they wouldn't be partying. The house looked like it was a junkyard junk and garbage everywhere House is all around with people coming over to the property. We did not end up staying I canceled I've been yet to be in reimbursed This is one of the scariest encounters I've ever had going through VRBO. I did not feel safe nor does the house represent what is shown on the website.

Family reunion

This house looks like it’s surrounded by a salvage yard. House is old with parts remodeled. The bathrooms are interesting with shower area completely separate from toilet sink. I don’t think there was enough time for one person to clean between groups. There was still food in the refrigerator and dishes in the dishwasher. Pool was old, but kids enjoyed it. Pool table was a huge hit as well as Disney. It was nice to have space for the family reunion group.

Large Space

Very large common space and a short drive to Defiance. Property owners were easy to get a hold of and helpful
