When I booked this hotel room I checked to make sure it had a microwave and a refrigerator. When I got to the room no microwave. Called down to the desk and was told the rooms didn't have microwave but could use the one in the dining room. When I went to the dining room I met a couple getting coffee and she said she was going to take it to her room to warm it because it was cold . I told her there isn't any microwave in the room she said she had one. I only book through Wyndham for all of our travel and all of their hotels have mics and refrigerators. My husband went out and asked the girl at the desk why she lied to him and we booked because of the amenities. Also I was not aware that this hotel did not have an elevator which makes it very difficult to go up and down the stairs because the stairs are narrow almost fell down the steps.'The toilet is so close to the door in the bathroom and it is so low to the floor making it difficult to get off of the toilet with my bad knees. Also the breakfast and this was a first that I have ever seen at a any hotel had a sign on it that the waffles you can get at the front desk. It did not say that there was eggs and sausage at the desk Saw a lady with it when we were leaving.so when you got breakfast it was cold cereal yogurt white bread dough nut holes 4 bananas and some apples.
. I guess manager is trying to save money. So if you don't mind stairs, low toilets not knowing what's for breakfast this is for you. Will not book again
