The gentleman at the desk was helpful, but the pool was closed (my main reason for choosing to stay here) and he did not even know. Tea drinkers beware, no tea and no hot water at breakfast

Let me start off with : I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I stayed for 3 nights. I had informed the front desk that the sink had black particles coming from the spout as well as the drain. Same thing with the bathtub. The hotel brought someone to look into it the day we were leaving, so no change or compensation was done when I mentioned it when I first got there. Another thing is the linens in the bed were full of stains, as well as the towels. On all 3 nights I had to call for them to bring me clean linens and towels, because every time the cleaning staff came to clean they left me with everything stained. The cleaning staff did not clean the room properly before I came in as well, due to me finding multiple sticky areas as well as a usual orange sticky substance on the floor of my room. The couch as well in my room was full of discolored stains. There is absolutely no reason or excuse for any of these issues. Genuinely disappointed and disgusted.

Elevator button is broken. Breakfast was a bit lacking (no fresh fruit or yogurt) but some items were available so that’s good. Check in was problem free. The room I stayed in was shockingly HUGE (you could hold a concert in there lol). The bed was comfortable. Overall a positive stay with no issues.

Too many problems to state all here. Please if you are reading this. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The ceiling in the hallway to poolroom was covered in black mold, the glass door was cracked with just tape keeping it together. Front doors left open all night, with no front desk attendant, anyone could've walked in off the street. Rooms were filthy sheets and towels were stained.. many more problems. Hotel should be shut down

The room was horrible carpet smelled like mildew. The comforter had cigarette burns and stains. Remote control was not working. The bathroom was nit clean at all. The clerk claimed they had no other rooms and it was too late to look for another room. Pay the extra money and stay sonewhere else. I will know better next time.

It had been recently renovated but the bathroom in our room was very small . Room quite large but no attention was given to the bathroom. Also the breakfast was very limited. Choice or white bread or everything bagels . One choice for jam and no hot water available . And no tea . Cereal was stale that my husband had. Staff very courteous but feel compelled to give travellers this information.

The lobby smelled like smoke and mold. I wanted to vomit. They claimed to not have received my reservation. Even tho I had trip insurance, Expedia wouldn't rebook a room after confirming rooms were available. Expedia tried to get me to switch hotels and all options they gave me had horrific reviews, so I asked for a refund. Terrible experience on every level.
