Front desk staff were very friendly and informative. There was no "continental breakfast" as described from Hotels.com. The shower was hard to figure and didn't work so well. Bed was comfortable but not enough blankets and it smelled like perfume (instead of clean). TV was barely adequate. The entry "card system" worked well. The heater did not have a very good temperature control, it was either way too hot or not warm enough, hard to set. The price was good. I give it an average rating.

The motel lacked basic ammenities such as ice, vending machines for sodas or snacks, and elevator. The hinges on the door to my room screeched extremely loudly, enough to awaken all other guests on the floor. The room was more than sparse, no pictures on the walls, carpeting appeared to be dirty, and the entire facility smelled musty. i would recommend that Expedia remove this establishment from their website. It is by far the worst lodgings that I have ever seen in my 79 years, They offered me a refund, I accepted and left. I am still waiting for correspondence from Expedia relative to the refund, which was credited to Expedia, not to me.
