This was our second stay at Sunset at Ritz Pointe, and we loved it just as much the second time. We will definitely stay again! The unit is comfortable, sparkling clean, well-organized and well-stocked. The views of the ocean and sunsets are gorgeous, and the beach is only a short walk away. Jaime and Liz are excellent hosts -- responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic condo in a great location with unbelievable views! The gated community was very beautiful and the grounds were too. The condo had everything you would need in the kitchen, baths, bedrooms, and living spaces. Loved having a cocktail on the patio admiring the ocean and sunsets. The hosts were awesome to work with - very accomodating. We want to come back for a longer time next time we visit California because we have found "the perfect condo" for us! Thanks Liz and Jaime for allowing us to share your amazing place!

A perfect place to vacation with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets and a short walk to the beach. It’s a perfect location in a gated community but entry into the community and the condo are super easy. Only one step to enter the condo and no unit above you. The unit is comfortable, sparkling clean, well-organized and well-stocked. Highly recommended as your home away from home. Definitely my favorite VRBO. I hope to stay here again soon.

Fantastic views from the rooms and patio! Walk to the beach and easy five minute drive to all your daily shopping needs. In addition Ritz Point is right next to all three major towns San Clemente, Laguna Nigel & Laguna Beach. Therefore shopping & dining from fast food to gourmet restaurants are all within a short drive. Of course the town of Dana Point offers all of the above along with bayside restaurants and walks along the bay site seeing. The 2 bedrooms, two bath rooms, eat in kitchen, dining alcove, living room on the top floor with no steps in or outside makes for a perfect stay in the gated community of Ritz Point! To top it all off Jaime & Liz were the best hosts anyone would desire!!! Any questions or needs were quickly answered or done!!!I give it all a 10!

What an incredible place

Everything about this unit is perfect. The king bed is very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, there are views from most rooms. You wake up to sunlight reflecting off the ocean and Catalina Island and can sip wine in the evening watching the sun go down. Parking is easy. The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The beach is an easy walk (clear directions to the path are provided), there are great restaurants nearby and a very good grocery store if you want to cook or pick up a picnic. This is the beginning of whale watching "season" and we indeed saw whales and dolphin from the balcony. Tip: look for the whale watching boats and pick up the binoculars.

Fabulous

The unit was great, there are views of the Ocean from living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Everything was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need, just like home. They have books to help you with everything you need. We will be back next year for sure. If you need a getaway this is the place. Also the owners are very nice and helpful.

So Beautiful and Convenient!

We were amazed at being able to have a vast ocean, golf course and city view atop a hill, while still being on the ground floor to accommodate my disabled husband!! You'd be hard pressed to think of something not provided by the host - and power strips everywhere you could possibly need them!! Especially appreciated were the two recliners, the skylights, the less poofy pillows in the closet, and the 28 seahorse decorations (we had a contest to see who could find them all!). Thanks, Jaime and Liz, for all the care you have taken to provide the perfect stay!!!

The views and the wonderful, cozy, beach themed, and comfortable condo was absolutely fantastic. Our family really enjoyed the stay and everyone has raved about the accommodations. Well stocked, beach items available, games and close to restaurants and shopping. A short walk or drive to the beach or to get to highways. Overall, fantastic stay!!

Great spot

Location, location, location! Beautiful community and view. The place is roomy, comfortable, and convenient. Loved our daily walks to the beach and back. The area, in general, has a ton of places to walk and enjoy the beauty of the area. Great restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly our stay at this property.

This condo was perfect!! Had amazing views, was very clean, was beautifully updated and literally had everything we needed! Felt like I was home!! Dana Point Stunner!

My wife and I, along with our 2 adult kids, stayed at this fabulous condo for a week while visiting nearby family. It was perfect for our needs: comfortable, beautiful, perfectly located for quick trips to the world class Orange County beaches, and all topped off by the ever-present, unimpeded views of the Pacific from the expansive balcony. We would happily stay there again and will recommend it to friends and family visiting the area. Also, the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, and I can truly say that we've never stayed in a more well-organized rental. Top notch!

Great Dana Point condo

Spacious and tastefully decorated. Kitchen had all the appliances, silverware and cooking utensils you’d ever need. View was wonderful. Easy access from the parking lot, beach chairs and towels provided. We walked to the beach a couple of times and drove the short distance other times. The best documented instructions for the condo and surrounding area that we’ve encountered. Hosts put a lot of work into making our stay enjoyable and stress free.

Wonderful stay!

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment is clean and spacious with a great view of the coast, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is great as well, and we especially enjoyed being able to walk to Salt Creek beach. Liz was great with communication, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo in a Great Neighborhood

Loved staying in this condo and in this neighborhood. Convenient to everything. The house was very clean and the comfort of the beds was wonderful. The hosts were very responsive. A big plus was the gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. Would definitely return.

Pictures on VRBO website are 100% true! Beautiful ocean and sunset views from the back deck. 2 bedroom 2 bath nicely decorated condo. Beds were SUPER comfy. Had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again. Property Managers/owners were very responsive and flexible on rental dates. Hassle free reservation. Best ever!

Amazing Stay, Immaculate Place

You can tell Liz thought of every detail to accommodate all different types of people in this condo. The place was spotless and had everything you could think of from beach stuff to kitchen appliances and tableware. The view was fabulous and we were so appreciative to stay there!
