Just 80 m from the beach, this pretty renovated flat is the ideal base for your stay in the Gulf of Morbihan.

This duplex apartment comprises a tastefully decorated living room with fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 2 separate toilets. You'll be able to enjoy the sunny days in peace and quiet from the balcony.
With Wi-Fi, fibre optics, bed linen and towels provided and a private parking space, all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy!

Accommodation
The flat is on the 1st floor of a small residence, accessible by stairs.
With a surface area of around 60 m², it is a duplex and is laid out as follows:

1st level
- Bright living room with lounge area (Netflix, Amazon Prime), dining table for 6 people and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, electric kettle, etc).
- Large 20 m² balcony, south-facing
- Bedroom with double bed (160x200)
- Separate shower room and WC.

First floor
- 2 double bedrooms (1 with 180x200 bed and 1 with sofa bed with new 140x190 mattress)

The flat is located in a residential area, 80m from the beach and the water sports centre.
There are plenty of shops nearby, including food shops, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, clothes shops and a tobacconist's.

- Sports activities, cycling and water sports, walking, running, pétanque, surfing, boating, etc.
- Traditional market every Saturday morning, plus Tuesday mornings during the summer season, and craft market on Wednesday evenings during the summer.
- Fête de la Mer in Pénerf (every August).

You can do almost everything on foot, with the beach 80m away and Damgan town centre 150m away.

Très bel appartement, bien conçu et organisé, bravo pour le lit en 180. La mer à 2 pas et les randonnées sur le littoral. Mais ... le logement n'était pas propre à notre arrivée : sol gras qui n'avait pas été lavé depuis un certain temps, cabine de douche en l'état depuis plusieurs passages avant nous visiblement, intérieur des fours sale. Donc je recommande, mais assurez vous qu'un vrai ménage aura été fait avant votre arrivée.

Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé, propre avec une literie très confortable. Bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville de Damgan. Nous avons apprécié également la proximité de la plage. Hâte d'y revenir !
