Holiday house by the sea

Located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, the house opens with two large bays on the terrace and the lawn with the only view of the fields. But it is also 10 minutes' walk from the shops in the town center and the seaside with its beaches. On-site parking is available for the car (s) and a small bicycle shelter. 3 independent bedrooms upstairs (2 double beds and 1 bunk bed, possibility of 1 mattress for 1 additional person and cot available), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet complete this level. On the ground floor a large bright room, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave. In the bathroom a large Italian shower, it is in this room that you will find the washing machine, separate wc. Electric barbecue at your disposal. During your stay you can visit the city of Vannes 20 minutes by car, the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, small cities of character Rochefort en terre, La Roche Bernard and of course enjoy the pleasures of the beach, shore fishing and the seaside.
