"Everything at the hotelwas perfect. The attention from all staff but especially Kaya was exceptional. Rooms and communal areas all spotlessly clean. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of comfortable loungers and parasols. Easy ten minute walk into the bustling centre."

"Well from the moment we arrived and were met by Mehmet( the owners brother) the WOW factor was there! A lovely family owned/run Apartment just 10 min walk from the centre of Dalyan. The Apartment block is very new,clean and all modern. Facilities were all top rated, cooker big fridge freezer and even a dishwasher! The cutlery all clean and sparkling( excellent housekeeping!) Air con in both rooms( we had a one bedroom apartment) along with a king size bed. The balcony overlooked the pool and a little sun trap first thing in the morning. A TV in the lounge area that Mehmet set up for us in English! We hired a Scooter for the duration and could park at the side of the property where the family lived and every morning the Mother would come out to greet us. The cleaning lady ( forgot her name) was also lovely, polite and very helpful in every way possible. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and also a small bar area with cold drinks available to purchase. Being only 8 rooms this place is a home from home and can’t praise the place enough. I holiday in Turkey 4-5 times a year and have truly found the place I can call my second home. Thank you Bright House Apart for a wonderful time ! "

"Lovely villa in a quiet location. About 20 minutes walk into the main town. Villa has a fabulous pool with sunbeds and parasols. Plenty of upstair space and extra bathroom is welcome. "

"A rather mediocre place. We wanted to choose a place suitable for having a good time in Dalyan, but this place definitely does not meet the standards for accommodation. The electrical wiring is poor, sparks fly from the outlets when you try to charge your iPhone. The air conditioner has not been maintained, emitting a moldy smell because the filter hasn't been cleaned in years. I had to remove and clean the filter myself, but it was encrusted and visible mold was present. Unfortunately, it does nothing but spread bacteria. The cleanliness was also quite bad. The sheets and towels were yellowed, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and balcony was inadequate. It is not a sterile environment and lacks necessary care. The stove in the kitchen was rusted, and the refrigerator was covered in ice. Despite its very central location and beautiful garden, it does not meet the minimum requirements, so we will never stay here again and I would not recommend it. They definitely need to review the electrical wiring and cleanliness."
