Disliked: Cleanliness
Apt not ready at checkin. Oven caked in a pool of grease. No washer or dryer as listed. Upon checkout I left my deceased husband's phone and within the hour it was being used where several charges were made to our amazon acct. Lesson learned lock phone. Communication poor and phone was never returned as promised and I even sent postage money to a Beverly A Johnson. Phone was tracked to the amazon box where pickup was setup by the thief. Phone is now off after giving them the benefit of the doubt.
