Good location if you want to be close the the markets and river. Nice small hotel with nice rooms. Breakfast was not very good. Best to eat out. Many options.

The hotel was lovely and in a great location, but after my first night the hotel and that whole part of town was flooded and I had to be 'evacuated' by canoe. The woman who was at the front desk was an incredible help - if not for her, I would still be stranded. I can't begin to complement her highly enough for her dedication to her job and the safety and comfort of the guests. I highly recommend this hotel and their excellent staff!

Great value for money

This is a great hotel for the money and the decor and vibe is very nice.The distance to great Hoi An sites is really convenient, though those arriving after 4 pm should note that the hotel is inaccessible by car due to the night market on its doorstep. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is because the breakfast wasn't great. They should be offering a more mainstream Vietnamese soup at breakfast, like pho bo or pho ga, and neither of those were offered the entire length of my stay there.

This hotel is right in the middle of the night market and an easy walk to the river and Old Town. They also have bikes so you can head out to the rice fields or spend the day at the beach for a change of scenery. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Our Superior Twin room had really comfortable full sized beds. It’s worth noting that the window in the room actually faces the interior of the hotel not the outside. We were able to switch to another room half way through our stay and got a balcony on the street. It was a huge upgrade but worth every penny!

Nice smaller hotel 5-10 min walk to lantern boat bridge and HoiAn old town. Night market on the street in front of hotel until 10pm, market quickly packed up and street very quiet at night. Room very clean. Hotel Wi-Fi a bit spotty at night when guests return and all try to login.
