Staff was friendly. Asked for the current rate that was lower than our reserved rate, but the front desk attendant said he couldn't lower the charge since we booked through a third-party site. Had a different hotel give us the discount difference without asking, so I know he wasn't being honest. Room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was HOT!

This is one of our favorite hotels to stay at , it is very clean and kept modern. Management and staff are very friendly and helpful. CJ the manager makes sure his customers are treated right! We will be back , have stayed at this hotel for several years in a row during the Sturgis motorcycle rally!

Manager is a very nice man who works all day and night. Room was clean and no problem exchanging towels. Landscaping needs attention around the area. Property in general needs some maintenance. Garbage needs emptied every day in breakfast area and please clean trash can and around waffle maker every night. Fridge in room worked great.

Clean but needs a little love

Clean. Outside could use a new paint job but inside was clean, however the ac was making a funny noise but stayed cold. When I pulled the shower handle the spout came in and out of the wall. It wasn't secured. Needs a little love and we did have a centipede in the room one night but fortunately we saw it before we stepped on it!

I am an 81-year-old woman. The room I was given was down stairs; the room itself had no window. When I exited the room with my son (who had carried in my luggage) we were confronted by a man who lurked around, moving close to my son's family, in their car, and to me, getting into mine. When we left the motel site to have supper together before separating, the man, on drugs or having some other problem, foIlowed us on his motorcycle. I could not be comfortable staying in the situation--my son was adamant that he would not risk my safety by letting me stay there. My son checked me out, and canceled the next two nights of the total of three that I had reserved. Given these safety issues, I would request that Days Inn refund all of the money I spent on this room--certainly, the last two nights, which I canceled when I checked out before staying the first night. In my opinion, it is one thing to complain about the comfort of a room, totally another matter to register concerns about safety. I have always had respect for the Days Inn motels. I hope that you will further that respect by honoring your responsibility to provide adequately for the safety of your clients. Thank you.

Small but nice

It was small but nice. Walls are thin so hopefully your neighbors are quiet! And then there was only half a cup of regular coffee left in the morning with an hour and a half of breakfast to go.
