Its clean but its also an old Motel. The door in our bathroom would not stay closed due to shifted frame, old school/noisy air-conditioning, etc. However the location is awesome, the staff is fabulous and the manatees are pleantiful.

The location is very good. Close to restaurants, shopping and manatee activities. Room was clean. Breakfast was the same thing every morning, which wasn't ideal. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

No balcony. The hot tub was hot enough, very nice. My stay was wonderful. Would definitely return. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean, felt very comfortable there. The manatee and kayak excursions were fantastic ! Local restaurants had excellent atmosphere and food. Was a wonderful experience all around !
