Ideal place for those who do not like to carry their skis for more than 30 metres. Listen to the sound of cows from June to September, and discover the mountain pastures and forests at the foot of our chalet. You can come to Savoyard hamlet without a vehicle (There is a bus from the SNCF d'Albertville train station), enjoy the balcony, contemplate the beautiful snowy garden from your comfortable room or living room, admire the view of the Aravis Range, enjoy thoughtfully of the fireplace. Downhill skiing: surpasses 180 km trails (linked to Les Saisies, Flumet,Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, and Praz), take off your skis in front of the chalet! Cross - country skiing: 100 km trails (Olympic area) Snowpark, Télémark, snow shoes... Descendent rates from June to September.

Très bon séjour

Chalet très spacieux et idéalement placé, plutôt bien équipé. Seul petit bémol au niveau de l’insonorisation : dans les chambres on entend un peu trop tout ce qu’il se passe dans le chalet si tout le monde ne se couche pas en même temps. Prévoir une paire de boules quies si vous avez le sommeil léger.

Nous avons bien profité de ce grand chalet rustique et confortable. Village très calme à l'intersaison mais Ugine et le lac d'Annecy ne sont pas loin. Parfait pour prendre le temps de profiter du soleil entre amis !

Chalet charmant et idéalement situé

Séjour parfait pour notre famille dans ce beau et chaleureux chalet, au calme et bénéficiant d'une vue fabuleuse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'entrée à part avec tout ce qu'il faut pour retirer et faire sécher son équipement quand on est nombreux à revenir des pistes.

So close to the slopes!

We spent 3 day at the chalet and totally enjoyed it. Slopes are just 20m from the front door, ski rental is just around the corner, so are small shops with fresh croissants, cheese etc. Chalet itself is old, but very well maintained and has its charm. 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor are spacious and have great views. But the 4 smaller rooms on the mansardé are really small. Tall people have to be careful - all of us hit our heads at least several times as the ceilings are low ;) Would totally recommend this place for 10-12 people.

Maison très accueillante, vue panoramique superbe. Les parquets sont très âgés et grincent au moindre mouvement ! On accède au 2e étage par un escalier raide, attention avec des enfants en bas âge ! Il y avait bcp d'activités d'été proposées dans les environs, pour petits et grands ! Parfait!

Sejour parfait aux Vieilles Pâtures !

Nous avons passé une semaine aux Vieilles Pâtures entre amis, avec beaucoup d’enfants, vraiment extra ! Le chalet est agreable, notamment la pièce principale, immense ! Son emplacement, au pied des pistes est parfait et tous les commerces sont à 2 minutes. Les enfants pouvaient se rendre à l’ESF seuls. Ils ont également bien profité du jardin pour y faire des batailles de boule de neige. Rien a dire, tout correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions.
