The clerk gave me a bottom floor room that I could park my motorcycle in front of, without me asking. He knew that would be my preference. He was very courteous. The room was very clean, and there was a refrigerator in the room, which wasn’t included in the posted room description.

We slept really well, but noise really carries between the rooms. Not bad, but I thought paying $20 more than the budget hotels it would have been nicer.

It was easy to locate and get checked in. I walked over to Safeway and on the way over it felt a little sketchy with some of the homeless people walking around. They left me alone, but I would not want my wife or kids walking over there.

The service from the front desk was excellent. The hotel is nothing to look at on the outside of the building, but the photos of the interior rooms make it look as though it is really nice. It was mediocre at best. The AC unit was loud and rattling so we shut it off. The bathroom door was broken almost entirely though the middle and patched back up. It looks as though someone busted the door down to get inside. The towels were ratty. The bed didnt even have a fitted sheet so when my husband (who cant have his feet covered) pulled all the blankets off his feet we realized that the bottom portion of the bed was just mattress because the flat sheet didn't reach to the bottom of the bed. When we connected to the wifi it said we were connected through Motel 6. Which I don't recall this hotel listing saying anything about Motel 6. If it did, I wouldn't have booked it. I've never had a good experience at that brand of hotel. I will say that the location is walkable to a lot of places and you can see the water from the front of the motel. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with no amenities or even niceties, then this place is fine. I wouldn't stay here again.

I was not told that the area was dangerous and had many homeless people nearby. In the morning when I woke I found out my electric bike was stolen off the back of my RV. It was locked but apparently the thief wasn't able to put off the bike rack and damage the rack as well. I spoke to the front desk that apologized and the owner told the clerk that they were not responsible for any damages or theft. They wouldn't even comp the room knowing that my loss was approximately $1,000. I cannot recommend staying there. The rooms are mediocre at best there's no pictures just plain walls and old furniture.

When booked the pet policy said “pet friendly”. I get to the motel and am told it’s dogs only. My ESA cat is not welcome. I had to drive, with my disabled mother and ESA, another seven hours to find somewhere to stay. Now the owner/manager is refusing to respond to Expedia for the discount he said he would NOT fight. All this plus there were other people having trouble when I tried to check in AND there are drunk and/or homeless all over the property.
