Construction going on but didn’t hamper getting in and out. Not much close by but .6 mile walk to convenience store. Restaurant was ok, but service was slow. Think that might be the norm for the UK however.

Extremely uncompassionate management

Didn’t get to stay here as they refused to change my dates over for me, despite the horrendous unforeseen circumstances I found myself in. They just didn’t care and said it would leave them as a company at a loss! How moving dates can do that I haven’t a clue, as we were willing to pay any difference! If I requested a refund fair enough, but just literally needed to make a date change. So for this reason alone, I wouldn’t stay here. Their lack of compassion is not something I ever want to experience again, nor others for that matter!

Room was far too hot, couldn’t control the air conditioning, tried to return it cooler but it didn’t reduce. Bed was really uncomfortable, it sagged in the centre, awful for two people sharing.

Hotel is great. Not close to anything. Clean modern rooms. Hotel food a bit pricy. But was a great stay for family to stay over before flight out of Gatwick.
