Atypical cottage housed in an old village house in Courtesoult-et-Gatey. Nearby: Ray-sur-Saône (20 km), Champlitte (13 km) and its castle, Fontaine-Française (26 km). The region offers beautiful viewpoints, walks, churches, chapels, calvaries, and wash houses. The cottage adjoins the owner's second home, with whom you will share part of the garden in addition to your private terrace. Parking is available alongside the cottage on the communal road. The living room is accessed through an old garage door, transformed into a charming entrance. Carefully furnished by Carole, it offers a cozy and warm atmosphere, complemented by stylish decor. The pellet stove (2 bags provided) provides additional comfort during the off-season.
The kitchen leads to the toilet and the hallway leading to two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140x190), its shower cubicle, and its sink open to the bedroom; The second, smaller, has two 90x190 beds that can be converted into a double bed and a sink. Please note: there is no private bathroom.
Designed for a peaceful vacation, the cottage does not have internet access, but guests can occasionally use the owner's Wi-Fi in certain areas of the garden and house.
For a worry-free stay, beds are made upon arrival, towels and household linen are provided, two bags of pellets are provided for heating, and final cleaning is included. On one level with a few internal steps, the cottage also offers the owner's flexibility, who remains accommodating regarding arrival and departure times, at no extra charge.
