Love staying at the Cliffe. Staff is always super friendly, eager to help and always extremely professional. Ash continued this excellent service right from the time of check in to showing us our room making sure everything was good. Then Mani making a special trip to the room just to confirm everything was adequate and to make sure we knew if we needed anything he was always available. Mani even remembering me from my last visit just made it more personable. Just don’t get service at this level nowadays. Awesome job Ash and Mani see you soon! Management you got two priceless employees who know what customer service is they deserve so much recognition!

Overall rating is good. Excellent customer service. My only recommendation is the area under the door is quite large and let’s in a lot of cold air at night. Blocking it will help cut your heating bills and make it more comfortable for your guests. All in all I would stay again. thanks :)
