The staff was excellent but the room was not very good. 1. Rust stained tub around drain 2. Poorly lit room with bad light bulbs 3. Smelled like pot 4. Wall in bathroom had incomplete spackle repair 5. AC unit did not keep room cool 6. Shower regulator didn't work well(top hot or too cold)...needs to be replaced

This hotel is DEFINITELY not a three star or above. Visible water damage and stains in the room. Paper thin walls. Water in the halls from the pool. Flashing emergency lights in the room. None of which was a massive problem. The lights situation in the room was. Apparently you have to turn on one light switch in the room to control ALL the lights. That's room, closet even bathroom. Something I didn't know as I'm sitting in the bathroom in the dark using my phone as a light. It DEFINITELY was an adventure.

The breakfast was nice the staff was friendly. One staff member to cover the desk and the airport shuttle. and only one person to cover everything on Monday even breakfast.

The only thing we like was the breakfast. We didn't like the lack of information at the arriving.From the 8 days room was clean 1time . We ask for an iron and we received the 3er day . The room was to dark , we ask for a lamp and we received the 4rd day after. The curtain in the shower was with pink stains and dry soap on it from prior guests..we have to ask for towels all the time and request for the room to be clean. The laundry was a disaster, all dirty and in the entrance a big spot of dry chocolate liquid you have to jump over. We couldn't use the laundry. The bed was to hard and the pillows were to flat you have to put 2 together to make one. To be 8 days there was not to comfortable.

Property is in a very unsafe area next to a strip joint and casino. Local prostitution clearly visible on property and neighboring businesses. Rooms were very old and dirty. Pictures on website are misleading and do not coincide with what you get upon arrival. Very disappointed in my reservation left property early as a result and they offered no credit or refund.

Upon arrival, trash was found from previous guests in our “clean room”. During our stay the room above us leaked from their bathtub from the 4th floor all the way down to the main floor. Water leaked under our door from the hallway flooding the floor in front of the bathroom/closet. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. Other family members stayed in the room on the 4th floor that was leaking from the bathroom and were given another room. New rooms carpet was soaking wet and the room smelled musty and was very hot.

We picked to stay at this hotel because it was close to the airport and the price but we were not happy with our room. When you shut off the light by the entry area, it shuts off the tv as well as the lamps by the bed. The shower was out of shampoo and body wash. The mattress sunk to the middle, which was not ideal for 2 people.You could see that they had repaired the ceilings in the hallway.

Always a decent stay.

I try to always stay at La Quinta no matter where I'm at because a suite is typically less than basic rooms at other hotel chains. Always clean, good wifi, and free breakfast. I plan on continue to stay at the one in Omaha/carter lake near the hotel whenever I'm in town
