Loved the layout of the house, host responsive and welcoming. Could do better with getting the space cleaned well. Towels were not smelling fresh. Washer and dryer needs to be cleaned. One concern is that there was a water leak from the 1st floor to the living room through the roof. Freaked out as we were not sure what we would have done wrong to cause this. Called the host and received a reply that surprised us. It was a known issue and they were supposed to leave us a note to anticipate this. I am surprised this is not fixed before renting out to customers. Concern is for mold if this issue is not resolved. Not sure how long this issue is going on. I would strongly recommend this addressed by the host before the next booking.

Amazing house! This was in the perfect location in a safe and secure gated community. The house was very clean and the accommodations were so cozy. We opted to rent the golf cart as well and it was perfect to get around town and to the beach. The host was extremely quick to get back with any questions we had which was so appreciated. We recommend this property and will look to stay here again!

The beach house was perfect for our annual family beach trip. The house was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Great location for easy beach access and a short drive to downtown. We have families that stay all around and the huge table in between the kitchen and living room was perfect for all of us to hang out and play board games. We will absolutely rent this house again. Bobbi and family were very communicative and responsive. Thank you!!

Birthday Surprise

Beautiful home, lots of space, privacy and a comfy feel, pet friendly also. Me and my family surprised my wife for her birthday, we had a great weekend, close to the beach and the comfort of home. We will definitely be back, thank you Nancy for this great place.

The communication with the owner was spot on. We were disappointed to learn that the house was not within 5 minutes walking distance to beach like the VRBO description stated. I called VRBO to tell them to correct website.

Birthday Vacation

We planned a last minute mini vacation for my husbands birthday and we had a great family weekend. The home was easy to get to, clean, very spacious was honestly more space than we needed. The host was very responsive when needed although we didn’t have any issues. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Would highly recommend:

Just sandcastles

The wife and I needed a quick get away from the real world so for us what better way to do that than build sand castles with our littles! It didn't take long to find this house, we simply placed a few parameters to meet our requirements and bingo. House was exactly as described, in a great location, and reasonably priced. No complicated checkout procedures either, bonus! Also had fantastic communication with the owners of the property... We look forward to our next visit!

Graduation stay

Came to watch our daughter graduate from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Stayed here with my family for several days. There were 7 of us and we all had plenty of room. We loved having a short drive to the beach, and pool within walking distance. Hostess were friendly and very responsive. We would definitely book again.

Graduation Vacation

I cannot express how wonderful our stay was! We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. The bedrooms were set up very convenient, and comfortably. The top wrap around porch was very nice. We never had an issue with the first come first serve parking on the road. We will definitely consider staying here for our future vacations! Thank you!!
