We stayed here last summer and had a blast. The location is great, you can see the pool from the balcony and there is a lot of space to spread out. If you aren’t use to stairs be prepared for your calves to ache the second day you’re there from going up and down the stairs. This stay, the bottom floor had a strange smell. Almost like cat pee. We had to go get an air freshener to help mask the smell some. The spot where the futon linens were labeled to be only had a pillow. We just pulled a sheet off the top bunk and found a comforter in another closet and made it work. We still had a great time but just had a couple hiccups this time. Nothing that ruined our trip.

The house wasn't clean when we arrived. Had to have housecleaning come again. Outlets didn't work and were too loose. One shower downstairs was not adjustable. Burned out lightbulbs. Ground floor had an odor. Bugs in the downstairs bathtub. Ice maker didn't work or there were no instructions.

Girls Trip

It was a wonderful trip. Accommodations were great. The house was clean and a lot of fun. Enjoyed the pool too. The decks were enjoyable. We were able to get in the early and that was nice since the weather was bad our first day.

Banyon Beach House

Overall, our stay was delightful. The house was the perfect size for 4 women. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, mirrors, etc. The house was fully stocked-kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Shared pool was nice-plenty of shade. Make note that the bedroom on the third floor had no bathroom so you had to walk down the stairs to get to one. We didn’t use that bedroom. Guess it would be ok for children. We had some problems with the front door not locking when we left but we managed to work around it There were 2 doors to enter and leave. We used the back door. Our main complaint about the house, was the lack of window coverings in most areas or either very sheer. We saw a lack of privacy many times. The mornings were very bright!

Close to beach

Had a wonderful Easter weekend with my adult children. We would wake up and eat breakfast and then walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Will be staying here again.

Great location

The location was perfect to get to the beach and into town. Property was very clean but could use some repainting/updating, you can tell precious renters have been rough on this place! We didn’t have time to use the outdoor areas but they were set up nicely and would be great for when the weather is nice. Would stay here again

Good house. Poor upkeep.

The house is good. The porches are nice. The furniture is comfortable. The location is great. The maintenance is POOR. The problems from the moment we walked in were curtains off the wall, towel holders off the wall, dishwasher broken, pocket doors stuck or broken, and door handle to the garage was broken. Some of these were in previous reviews and apparently haven’t been handled. Trying to communicate with management was frustrating. I think I texted/talked to 8-9 different people during the 3 days. From one to the next they didn’t know what our problems were. For instance I was asked for a good contact number and the next message after I sent my phone number was basically “why did you send that?” They made no effort to investigate.

Great trip!

There is only one plug that works in the bathroom and almost all of the handles on the pocket doors are broken. The toilet paper is like sand paper. You can't see the ocean from the balcony, tho. Very clean! Will stay again if possible!

wonderful place to stay, Minor issues

This was a great place to stay we had a wonderful view, beautiful sounds to enjoy and plenty of room. i would recommend this place to anyone that asked, Minor issues the inside handle on the garage door was not secure it kept falling off, the ceiling on the 2nd floor by the overhead beam shows some discoloration, not sure if the rain is seeping through. Pocket door in the master suite on 2nd floor the metal piece for the latch is loose. also, it was very lucky we went to the third floor on Sunday before the rains started the windows had been left unlatched and the wind was blowing them open. the handles had been removed to close them so we had to pull them by hand back to the seal and then pull the latch down the cleaning crew needs to do a better job in securing the windows and doors to insure the owner does not havbe issues
