Ocean Potion is a newly redecorated ground-floor townhome near the beach in the Safe Harbor development located on 11th Street. With beautiful coastal décor throughout, this home has accommodations of three bedrooms and three bathrooms that sleep nine. The fully equipped kitchen has spacious granite countertops, decorative backsplash, new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to enjoy your stay, worry-free. The large dining table offers seating for eight to enjoy meals. There is additional adjacent seating for four at the bar. The living room is maximized for your vacation enjoyment. The sofa is a very comfortable sectional with an oversized chair to match. They are adorned with plush pillows to make yourself comfortable while watching the new wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi. There are also games and puzzles on the TV console table for you to have fun with your family. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the covered patio while taking in the ocean breeze or cook the day's catch on the charcoal grill. The guest bedroom (BR1) is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, one is a Twin over a Full, and the other is Twin over a Twin, nightstand, TV, closet, and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. The full hallway bathroom has a granite vanity top, a toilet with a built-in bidet, and a tiled tub/shower to clean up after a day at the beach. The 2nd master bedroom (BR2) has a king-sized bed, nightstands, TV and chair. The large en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, a toilet with a built-in bidet, and a tub/shower combo. The 1st master bedroom (BR3) has a King-size bed, nightstands, TV, and a small chest. There is also a back door from this bedroom that leads right to the shared pool. The large ensuite bathroom has a double vanity sink and an extra large beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The toilet is also equipped with a built-in bidet.
You also have access to the garage to this unit, there are chairs, a corn hole set up, and beach toys that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay. The shared pool is only a few feet from the door and offers a shallow play pool for small children in addition to the larger pool. We have decided to book all future vacations based on the availability of this house! It was that GOOD! It felt like a home away from home but with the amenities and perks of a vacation. Real beds with real linens. Lots of pillows (real pillows) for each bed … yay! Thank you for that! Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and beach entertainment in the garage. Comfy furniture throughout. Fabulous decor. They truly thought through the setup and layout of this home perfectly! Everything you could think of and more!

Great Floor Plan

Plenty of space for everyone to spread out or congregate together in the dinning room or living room and plenty of seating. The pool is small and shared with 4-5 other rentals. The doors to the back of the unit share a common "patio" that spans all units with the pool at the far end. There was enough parking for 2 vehicles and golf carts but the shared driveway for all units had one large entry space. With that being said, I would still rent this unit again.

Weekend Trip

The property was great! It was clean, and spacious. The pool is small but young kids enjoyed it. The only issue we had was with the property management system. Trash pickup at the location is apparently Monday and Thursday. We arrived on a Friday to an overly full trash can with no place to put anything. It took 5 attempts with property management to have some of the trash from the can removed (they removed the top 1/4 of the can) so when we checked out on Monday we again had an overly full can. I think for the money paid we should have had an empty can for our stay - regardless of the trash pickup day for city.
