Great place to stay!

We loved staying here. The place was very clean and they provided amenities that were nice. Well stocked kitchen as well. We loved being able to sit outside and have the lake right outside our door. The neighborhood is great and quiet. We extended our stay another night because we loved it so much!

We loved the Blue Dog! Our Host was very helpful, accommodations were perfect for our 3 generation group of 8. We all agreed we would definitely go back to cinnamon shores and this very house. The walk to the beach was fun and kids ages 3-8 were well entertained by the beach and the community activities available-such as movies under the stars.

Beautiful Area

Loved our stay at The Blue Dog. Pools and property are well taken care of and our kids had a great time. Wish the beach could’ve been cleaned while we were there, they cleaned it the day we left. Overall we had a great time and we’ll come back again.

Kitchen had everything needed. Brought our dog. Plenty of beds. Do wish the downstairs bedroom had a king size bed for older couple so they didn’t have to do stairs.

Walking distance away. Golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and the beach was great! We enjoyed all 3 pools!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was so beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed our stay very much. One thing that I was not appreciative of was the fact that a young lady who worked at the front desk, apparently was friends with one of my daughter's friends and mocked her for her decorations. My daughter is an honest, hard working, kind young women and she was putting backdrops up for photos. One of the front desk girls told one of our friends that we were purposefully trying to cover up the cameras. There are cameras everywhere, and even inside the house. My daughter and her friends paid for this stay all by themselves, and began paying on it four months ago. We don't appreciate the attitude and being mocked, or talked about as if we would try to do something sneaky. We were trying to enjoy a nice weekend after much loss in our family, including the death of my fiance. So when my son and daughter were told yeah they are making fun of you at the front desk, it didn't sit well. For how beautiful the property and the house is, you would think their employees would have a little more class.

The only negative is the home is showing it's age a good bit. The kitchen really needs new stove and pots and pans ect.The home was not very clean. We called the office and cleaning crew came back within 15 minutes. Overall great vacation.

Could have been a great stay. Missed the mark.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of issues. Upon check in there was a new girl. She was very sweet but not ready to answer all my questions and the other girls there had their backs to us and she had to keep interrupting her to ask my question. Very unprofessional. Our Keurig wasn't on property and I texted at 430pm and got no reply. Again later that night and got a candid reply out of office. So didn't have it the first morning. It clearly states in the email what to bring coffee pods for Kuerig. I this time had someone ask at the office in person and was told they would open a work order. Seriously? It should have been said they would take care of it right away. Shelves in fridge were terrible as things rolled and were actually missing (course you tried to fix before but they were the wrong ones that were ordered). Had to go buy ice cause there was none when we arrived and had to pay for overpriced ice at your store and make trips to grocery for rest. Ice maker still didn't work well and maintenance said it was just slow. (If this is known then put a bag in the freezer for people or bring them some at this point). Air took WAY too long to cool when it's so hot out. House was 75 when we got there. 10 ppl in a place is too long to cool and neat thermostat only on second floor so didn't cool evenly. Couldn't find another. Was there only one unit for that large place? Not enough tp for 10 ppl which is less than even what house holds. Golf cart on property blocked drive so no cars could be parked in a double spot out back. 10 people and no cars could be parked there, again no reply to move it from the office. Not enough silverware to accommodate everyone and we had to use plastic ware. missing some amenities in the kitchen, normal items, and cutting boards were not cleaned. Grill out back had not been cleaned and only 1 gas component worked. No one in property management seemed to care about any concerns, I'd be concerned if I owned a rental here. Maintenance is an issue and missing items!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would give our vacation 2 stars. It had so much potential, but failed to deliver on the service side. The amenities like the live music and movies on the lawn were great, but the overall service we received was horrible. We could tell the staff at Cinnamon Shore was overwhelmed and the place was over-crowded.The house wasn't thoroughly cleaned when we arrived..there were crumbs all over the floor in the common area, and the second master had dried blood on the sheets. There were ants crawling all over the bunk room. We had a really difficult time reaching anyone to get anything resolved. Pools were overcrowded, and pool by the beach had moldy chair cushions with dried food and stains all over, golf carts were extremely overpriced. Also, at the beach there needs to be some sort of assigned number to the chairs and umbrellas, instead of making the customer trek up and down trying to find their name in the 100 degree heat. We would not go back. Definitely not a good value and we feel like we paid a fortune, which is unfortunate, because the place had so much potential.

Our 3 year old and 4 year old loved the beach, the pools and fishing in the pond right behind our house. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Sealestial 112. The location is great,. really doesn’t matter how close you are to the beach as the beach buggy rentals are a must no matter where you stay. maintenance was prompt for a few issues and even tracked down jumper cables to help us out with a dead battery st midnight. Only negative was the futons in the loft - very uncomfortable even for teens. Dinner at Lisabellas was so good!
