The Palace está diseñado para grandes grupos de amigos o familiares que buscan calidad, lujo y comodidad sin igual en una casa de 4 pisos y 7,500 pies cuadrados con ascensor, una piscina climatizada de agua salada y spa, 5 habitaciones principales, 2 habitaciones con literas y una tercera Área de reunión principal del piso con un bar, sala de juegos de mesa de billar, sala de estar y terrazas al aire libre con impresionantes vistas.

Con CUATRO salas de estar para elegir, los huéspedes pueden extenderse o reunirse en la Gran Sala del tercer piso, donde la cocina está equipada con una enorme barra de granito con capacidad para 10, una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 10, una gran sala de estar con Una chimenea y 85 "TV.

Todas las habitaciones y los cuartos de baño son amplios, elegantes y cómodos, con ropa de cama y ropa de cama de primera calidad.

FABULOUS PROPERTY

This property is a GEM! We were very impressed with all the amenities that are included in the house! The cleanliness of the residence was outstanding. Susan, the property manager, met us on arrival and provided a detailed explanation regarding all of the home’s features. She was also checking in on us periodically to insure that all of our questions or concerns were addressed. The consummate host! We were a combined family of 12, 6 adults and 6 children and there is so much room that we never felt crowded. Having a golf cart available is a definite bonus. The property is located within minutes of the beach. All of the appliances were in excellent condition and the elevator made traveling between floors a breeze. We have stayed in many VRBO properties but we believe this one is the best. We were so impressed that we have already secured a booking at this property for next year! We would highly recommend this owner and property for your future stays!

Family friendly Beach home

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Susan, the property manager, is AMAZING. She had everything ready for us and is so welcoming upon our arrival. Great Property and Great Location

The property owner and the manager were very thoughtful. The unit had so many things that needed/enjoyed. For example, there was a great golf cart, there were lots of beach accessories and towels, a well stocked kitchen, a great icemaker, multiple fridges for everyone's beverages, etc. There was also a great pool room that was on the same floor as the kitchen and bar, which made it easy for the group to hang out in close proximity, but not right on top of each other the whole time. The views from all of the different balconies were nice and peaceful. The unit's pool and hot tub were nice, and the resort pools and restaurants were within easy walking or golf cart distance. The drive up the beach to Old Town Port A was really fun, too. We had a great time!

Best Vacation Rental By Far!

This home is beautiful, with breathtaking views of the gulf. It’s spacious, and comes fully stocked with almost anything you could think of. Not only that, but the property manager, Susan, goes absolutely above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met. We’ve rented this home several times now, and have never been disappointed. Our family has made tons of memories in the home and Port A, and we’ll continue to do so as long as they’ll have us!

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely be back. The access to the beach was great. Having the golf cart made getting around so easy. Played golf enjoyed the beach and the kids loved coming back and jumping in pool.

Never Disappoints!

Our fourth trip to Palmilla and second stay at The Palace. Everything about this house suits our family perfectly. Very comfortable and stylish. Beach was closed but our stay was fabulous

This is our 2nd stay at this property. It surpasses any of the other homes we’ve stayed at in Palmilla. Susan is an Amazing Manager which makes all the difference in how a person is welcomed! Everything is pristine and well organized. Susan is available to answer any questions at anytime. The weather did not cooperate but the house is spacious and family oriented. Even when ithe beach closed for a day or two we had fun. We loved being there and will definitely go back! Gabby

Great property for family gathering

This is a perfect property for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space yet get together in the family rooms, pool or at the beach. The house was very clean and is equipped with lots of amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. The property manager, Susan, went out of her way to insure we had everything we needed to make our visit one to remember.

My family celebrated my 80th Birthday 16 adults and 1 8-months with me. Everyone was impressed with home. - this property far exceeded our expectations. The home is amazing and the golf cart made going to the beach and down town more fun. We enjoyed the community pool as well as the one in the home. Susan was the best property manager she was there whenever we needed her making our stay the best.

Beautiful House

The house was amazing! So much room for large families to vacation and hang out either at the beach, house pool, or community pool. The kitchen was fully equipped and they had a high chair and playpen for small children…big plus! Golf cart was fun to utilize and take to the beach or community pool. The elevator was a huge plus for grandma and grandpa!! Susan was absolutely wonderful….she answered any questions or issues we had quickly…and put our groceries away that were delivered. Totally did not expect that, but was so appreciated. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home…we plan on booking it again in the near future.

Perfect Beach House & Impeccable Customer Service

We have stayed in this home before and it is not only breathtaking with a fabulous view of the gulf, but the home is spotless, roomy, welcoming, and has everything you could possibly think of that you would need. Not to mention, the house manager, Susan, is incredibly helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and communicative. We rent vacation homes often, and this is by far my favorite home. I would give this property, and Susan, 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

PERFECTION!

PERFECTION! We have stayed at Palmilla many times but never at this home. Thanksgiving we decided to have all our children and grandchildren together. This house far exceeded any home we have stayed in the past. From the moment we met Susan, she made sure our every need was met, and more. Helen chose an awesome property manager, definitely the best we have experienced. This home has absolutely EVERYTHING and more you will need for a trip you’ll always remember. Our family loved having the heated pool on cold days. The pool table and indoor activities were a must for us. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked with everything you can imagine. It was very nice having so many bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. The house is beautifully decorated, the owners have thought of everything when building this home. Thanks Helen for creating a magical home for large families to come together and make sweet memories.

Perfect for large groups

This beautiful home is much larger than the photos can show. We had a group of 16 adults and everyone had more than enough space to stretch out. The home was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We are extremely grateful for Susan, the Property Manager, for going out of her way to help make this trip a huge success.
