Nice unit

We like staying here due to being right in the beach with a pool. The condo unit was recently renovated and very comfortable. From the road you just see a bunch of new ugly little cabins going up but the actual Dunecrest condo building is nice.

Great stay

We loved that every room had its own bathroom. Everything was labeled and instructions for everything were there. Every question was answered before we had to reach out to a property manager. Beach chairs and toys were there to use which was nice. Great access to the beach. Great family friendly pool. Bring your own salt pepper and seasonings for cooking. My only major complaint was it smelled a little musty when we arrived because the AC was off (on a 100 degree day). It we brought several scentsys and took care of that fast. Also they really should invest in pump soaps - all that was provided was little hotel bar soaps and no soap dish to place them in once opened to use. Overall very clean except for a beer cap on the patio, an artificial nail under the dining room table and a used towel hanging in the master bathroom when we arrived.

Beach Bliss

This unit at the Grand Caribbean complex was fully stocked and loaded with extras plus the gulf views are just epic. Clean pool area and the whole complex was kept spotless by wonderful maintenance man we saw working and cleaning throughout our stay. We appreciated the well maintained boardwalk all the way to the beach and the way this location feels secluded and uncrowded and yet only a ten minute drive to boat cruises and yummy seafood in downtown Port Aransas. Our group of six had a very comfortable stay and the kitchen was perfect for all of our cooking needs.

Excellent Location & Excellent Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. It very comfortably accommodates a larger group and you it has incredibly close beach access. They also did a great job of stocking pretty much everything you could need from boogie boards to kitchen appliances. Lastly, something they went the extra mile with was labeling a wide assortment of things throughout the condo such as using the cable/smart tv, labeling items in the utility room etc. We really loved it and look forward to going back.

Wonderful stay! Would come again!

Brought the kids to Port A for Memorial weekend and had an amazing time. This unit was AWESOME to stay at. The hosts had all the amenities you would want. My favorite touch was they had multiple types of pillows for guests to choose from because everyone likes a different type of pillow. Everything was very clean with all the different supplies you would need. The kitchen has very minimal items in the pantry so be aware when planning for meals. There were a few beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys for kids available. The boardwalk down to the beach was fabulous and made it easy to set up your spot in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location - nice place!

The unit was roomy, clean, and comfortable. There were some electrical outlets in the bedrooms that didn’t work and we discovered a trail of sugar ants running through the living room. Other than that, everything was fine and we felt safe.

the photos on line are not what the condo has to offer,Linens have been changed for the worse. I rented a condo at the beach for mental clarity and relaxation. All the linens have been changed to poor versions of what some folks think a beach cottage should be. Not at all classy. it is somewhat like a cheap mote now. And not a single one of the unbelievable signs were pictured on line. I was appalled to see them. when I signed the contract I understood that we would be treated as adults. There owners must not have owned a fine property before. There is a sign about everything that could possibly go wrong. It really ruined our trip being treated as folks that do not know how to treat a property.

Beautiful Sunrises and so close to the beach

Great place to stay at. So close to Port A. and a short walking distance to the beach. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but it was kept very clean. We’ll be back soon.

Relaxing & comfortable condo

We had plenty of room for our group of 7 and all of us slept very well in the beds provided. Just a quick hike to the beach over the boardwalk. The kids really enjoyed the pool every afternoon after our beach time. I’d highly recommend!!

Long weekend at the beach

Beautiful location. Clean, nicely decorated condo. I would definitely stay there again! Boardwalk to the beach is a plus. No driving to the beach. just grab your stuff go!
