MAIN LIVING SPACE: A reverse floor plan puts the stunning main gathering area on the second floor to capture lake views! Enjoy waterside vistas through windows galore, as you relax in a light-filled space with soaring ceilings and a friendly layout.

The gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen features an artful backsplash, exquisite granite countertops, a double oven topped with a gas range, and special touches such as open shelves suspended by nautical-style rope. Stools at the kitchen island and a rustic-chic dining table that seats 10 offer plenty of space to entertain. Relax on an oversize couch and club chairs grouped before the wall-mounted TV and enjoy the Sonos surround-sound system. Step onto the massive, second-floor deck for lake views and beach breezes and fire up the gas grill for a cookout.

A second family room on the first floor makes a great spot for smaller gatherings, with a fun, surfboard table, TV area, and mini kitchen/wet bar.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Just off the downstairs family room, a bunkroom behind a sliding barn door sleeps four. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects it to another cheery bedroom with a king bed, making this downstairs suite the perfect place for a family to spend vacation nights.

On the second floor, the primary suite is a private retreat, with a four-poster, king-size bed, two charming window seats, and its own balcony overlooking the Great Lawn. The primary bath includes a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

The third floor of this immense beach house consists of a large, open bunkroom that sleeps a total of 10! The two bunks are twin over queen, while two built-in twin beds have pull-out trundles.

GREAT FEATURES: Multiple porches and balconies make the home feel even larger, giving everyone a place to retreat or to come together for sunset cocktails. Lake Colby, just steps away, offers stocked waters for casting a line from grassy banks or photogenic fishing dock.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

Sea Ya' is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sea Ya' the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be a penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
