Second stay

This was my second Time to stay at this property in a month. I was there with a friend in October. I loved the house so much I booked it for this past few days. I love everything about the house. The kitchen is so big and electric plugs everywhere. Even under the sink. I had problems with WiFi at first. The issue was resolved. I recommend this house for a truly clean experience.

Lovely home

Casa Azul is exceptionally clean. The house is bright and airy. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the local sights. The amenities were as described and the kitchen has the basic necessities. The check in and out process was easy. We would stay here again without hesitation.

A few things missing

Need a few additional supplies Dish strainer, additional dish towels and garbage bags. There is no dishwasher which was fine but you need a dish strainer Change door on refrigerator it opens on wrong side of kitchen Place was clean but add salt and pepper few spices Fire wood would have been nice Minimalist house I also did not know that I had to have Vacasa app. I had VRBO but when I tried to check in earlier they couldn’t help once I got the app it worked it is not seemless

The air conditioning was not cool at night it was an up and down cool, there was roaches in the house, the local team that I was told would call us to come check out AC never heard from them , the AC filter was extremely dirty had not been change In months, the shower knob in the first bathroom kept falling off, both toilets was running the whole time we was there, there had been a dog there the tv remote had been chewed on and we had to put new batteries in it so it would work 2 times , the door facings in the back bedroom a dog had chewed on them, the beds was so hard that we all was stuff and very uncomfortable our whole stay at this property I don’t think the owner of this place would be to happy with the way this house has not been took care of, the broom that was there to sweet floors was broke had duct take holding it together which they didn’t use it so it didn’t matter bbq was rusted so bad it could not be used ….very poor work on the property management make this right by us….

Great Spot

I loved this place! The only concern is that there were some bug eggs and cobwebs stuck to some of the pillows on the bed, so it's a bit obvious that this place isn't used very often. But overall, no real big complaints (since I didn't use the pillows).

This was a mini vacation get away from home to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze with our pets loved the house decor it all blended in perfectly well in ever room nice and clean kitchen beautiful cabinets along with the counter tops bathroom's had just the right decor bedroom's were beautifully decorated livingroom was nice and spacious bad yard was big enough for my pets to run around overall it was beautiful and a pleasant stay for us would not change a thing thank you

Fun trip

It’s a cute little house but could use a deep dusting there was declares of dust in the bathroom vents and on top of the bathroom shelf, causing my allergies to go crazy. Also, there was hair inside of the middle thing of the washer, but other than that it was a very cute little house, and very convenient to the beach into local area attractions. One less note you need to at least add a lamp or an outlet that will let you charge your phone if you forget your charging block even an alarm clock, even maybe just an idea.

Nice Getaway

Clean, comfortable house. the location was fine - a short drive from town and the beach. It was very well fenced for our dog, but the yard needed mowing. There is a lot of standing water in the neighborhood which made for many mosquitoes. That is very understandable. It really needs a couple of comfortable chairs - only a small couch in the living area. I had a small scratch on my hand and a band aid would have been nice, but none there. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The numbered key box needs more complete instructions for those of us who are not used to them. We had to call for problems opening the door twice.

Quiet Location, Nice House, Bad Sleep

The neighborhood was very quiet for our three night stay and the neighbors were kind. My wife and I enjoyed having the space outside and inside to relax. Overall, it was a very clean and spacious home for two. However, we both woke up every day with terrible back pain from the uncomfortably thin and firm mattresses. We tried sleeping in the other bed and it did not solve the issue. I hope that the owner seriously considers purchasing all new mattresses, because my wife and I would most likely not stay here again for this reason alone.
