The house was great. The pool was amazing and we had it to ourselves after 8pm. The beach was less than 3 minutes drive away.

The pool is perfect!

This house was perfect for my husband and i and our 3 year old! Loved that it had 2 bathrooms! The main reason i booked this place though is because of the pool. It is very much kid friendly! We didn’t have to worry too much about our son considering there was a splash area that was only like a foot deep. But we wish we could have enjoyed it for more. Unfortunately the a.c. Went out on this house after a day of being there and we were there for 5 nights. You could tell it was old by the look of the unit and also there was so many instructions on how to use the thermostat. The home was perfect for what we were on vacation to do but because the a.c. Went out we didn’t get to really enjoy those things. I am very grateful that the company found us another place to stay with no additional fees or anything. I might consider staying at this place again in the future especially if they update their a.c. units! Overall this is a good place to stay!

Family beach trip

The place was clean, but not really stocked. No kitchen towels or hot pads, no board games or card games, pool toys spices Queen bedroom had no lamp or clock next to bed. Closet light was not working. Didnt feel it was a premier host. Little things make a difference

Comfortable little vacation bungalow!

My significant other, 2 of my daughters (adult and teenager), a 6 yo dog, and I took a road trip for Spring Break. From the very reasonable pricing to the amenities, this place was perfect. It was clean and made for a very comfortable stay. Although there was an issue with the ac upon our arrival, the issue was resolved quickly the following morning, and the property manager offered a refund for the first night. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation to Corpus Christi. I will be back! with the ac not cooling upon our arrival

Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and met our needs. The pool and community shared area was very clean and lovely.We encountered a number of maintenance issues including a leaking fridge and in againoff againAC . Response to maintenance issues was slow. This rental provides minimal essentials especially for kitchen and we needed to buy our own toaster and hangers amongst other items

Winter staycation

Excited to get away, however the unit had a few issues. Heated pool was not working for the days we stayed but with the weather warm we were able to put our feet I the water. There was an issue with the fridge leaking, had toStay on top of it so kids would not slip. And we were not able to view local channels on the main tv.

Not too great Thanksgiving stay

My stay was during the Thanksgiving holiday. I had requested a possible early check-in which they granted which was very nice. Lots of problems with having to restart router because of Wi-Fi. Also refrigerator leaked throughout the 3 days. The worst part was not having hot water for a shower. Hot water ran at the sink but not at the showers? Customer service number provided to get help but no one ever came to assist. Was told multiple times through customer service line that they would have someone show by but no one ever did.

A few short falls.

The check in process was the worst. They sent us a code to use on the front door, and the code did not work. We tried texting the support number and they just resent the same code with directions on how to type it in and work the lock. This was very frustrating standing on the front porch with my family and luggage. We had to resort to calling the 800 number and waiting on hold, and then again given the same code to get in that was not working. They finally gave us a number for a lock box to get out an actual key. Someone needs to fix the lock. The condo was as described, but the floors were dirty. We all turned to keeping shoes or socks on because of the dirt. The shower in the master bedroom does not get hot. Luckily the hall bathroom got nice and hot. The pool was great, and there was plenty of room to swim and hang out.

The listing regarding kitchen is wrong. It should state kitchen basics instead of fully stocked. The details were missing. Bring everything you need. Good spacious place and close to the beach. Pool was clean.
